Number 30 is owned and managed by the same team that run and maintain Milroy House across the road, where they recently leased another prime positioned shop, no 19/21, that was once occupied by a chain.Following works undertaken by the landlord, it’s now home to a thriving independent business.

Number 30, is to undergo some general repairs and restoration to the shop frontage by the landlord, ready for a new tenant to brand to support their business.

We are genuinely excited to have the opportunity to return this shop front back to looking its best, and to begin the search for a suitable business that will benefit our thriving town.
