Easter is a bit later than last year, which hopefully will bring some much needed warmth after a chilly few weeks! Tenterden is a great place to visit with the kids during the holidays, there are plenty of places to eat and drink and lots of independent shops to explore. We’ve highlighted some of the best places to visit, please let us know if we’ve missed any.

The museum is open from 1st April and there are lots of things for children to do. There are three different quizzes for children of all ages including the ever-popular Mouse Trail. Dotted around the Museum are some fun activities for children to do: guess “What’s in the Box”, play “Haul Away” or “Trap the Rat”. In our Kids Activity Zone there is table space for children to draw or colour and get hands on with some artefacts they can play with.
