The days are getting longer, the sun is getting stronger, there are signs of new life all around us, spring is definitely in the air. This weekend, we will be walking away from the laptops, turning off the phones and going for a walk.
Walking is not only good for your physical health and fitness, it also helps with mental health. Plus, after a year where we have been in and out of lockdown, it’s really lovely to get out and enjoy our local area whilst the sun is shining.
We are very lucky to have so many beautiful walks on our doorstep, the only issue is choosing which one to do!
